Pamela Britto-Williams MD
Dr. Britto-Williams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the consulting firm. She brings unique experience in Quality and Utilization Management, including ABQAURP diplomate certification in Physician Advisory and Healthcare Certification in Quality and Management (CHCQM), Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), and Physician Advisory Services to Healthcare Organizations. She has proven expertise in Denials and Appeals, Utilization Reviews, and Payer Quality and Short Stay Audits. She is a practicing board-certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunologist.
Chris Williams MD
Dr. Williams is a founding member of the consulting firm. A practicing academic fellowship-trained and board-certified Geriatrician in faculty practice and a board-certified palliative physician leader with years of proven experience in managed care, health policy, post-acute care, and hospice care. He is a diplomate credentialed through the British Royal College, ABQAURP, ABIM and AMDA. He has unique expertise in ALJ testimonies and expert witness testimonies.
Raymond williams BSc MS (CS)
Raymond williams is the Chief of Operations and manages overall business administration, human resources, contracts, and business relations for the consultancy firm. His background is in Data Science, Cognitive Science, and Computer Science.
Rachel Williams BSc
Rachel Williams is the social media Director and manages social media relations and blog content for the consultancy firm. Her interests are in health counseling. Health Informatics and Health Policy. Her background is in biological sciences.
